"Had a situation where insurance companies said I was ineligible. To my surprise when Chris called me ( from state farm which is the other office that told me I wouldn’t qualify anywhere ) he asked to give it a shot with him see if he could do anything & I was amazed at his patience and determination to make sure my mom and I got what we needed.
